I walk you through exactly what I do to reset. I change my physical state with water, fresh air, or movement. I reset one small space to calm the overwhelm. Then I shift my mindset with simple thoughts, music, or even silence.
Because the truth is you do not need a whole new day. You just need a moment to reset and come back to yourself.
